Acceptance
By creating an account or using Omnicrea in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Omnicrea.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Omnicrea. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company. All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access. Brands and creators are each responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish on the platform.
Brand commitments
Brands agree to pay the amount stated in the accepted brief, to respect the scope and deliverables the creator agreed to, and to use approved content only as described in the brief and any associated usage license. Adding work that was not part of the original brief requires the creator's written agreement and, where relevant, additional compensation.
Creator commitments
Creators agree to publish accurate audience data, to honor declared category and red-line restrictions, and to deliver agreed content on time and to the agreed standard. Misrepresenting reach, engagement, or audience composition is a serious breach of these terms and may result in removal from the platform.
Omnicrea's role
Omnicrea provides a neutral platform that helps brands and creators find each other, agree on terms, and coordinate payment. We are not a party to the contract between a brand and a creator, and we are not a talent agency. We do not guarantee the performance of any creator or the success of any campaign.
Payments
Funds sent through Omnicrea are held in escrow and released according to the engagement state machine: brief accepted, work delivered, brand approval, release, and dispute handling. Refunds are handled case by case based on the evidence available and the stage at which the engagement was halted. Platform fees, if any, are disclosed before you commit to an engagement.
Prohibited content
You may not use Omnicrea for content involving child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, hate speech, or the promotion of illegal goods and services. You may not run deceptive campaigns, undisclosed paid endorsements that violate applicable advertising rules, or any activity that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that creates risk for other users, or that we are required to remove by law. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
Liability disclaimer
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for the conduct or output of any brand or creator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of Beirut, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence grant you the right to use a local forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will email registered users before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Omnicrea after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
