How the Omnicrea rate calculator works
The Omnicrea rate calculator estimates what brands pay a MENA creator for one sponsored post, Reel, story or video. It returns one market rate in US dollars, rounded to $5, from a fixed pricing model anchored on public MENA rate benchmarks.
Last updated 17 October 2026. Pricing model version 3.2.
What goes into an estimate
- Platform: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Snapchat.
- Followers: the rate rises with followers, but more slowly than the audience grows, so doubling followers does not double the rate. Published MENA rate tables and real contract fees scale the same way.
- Country: each market has its own price level. The UAE and Saudi Arabia price highest and Egypt lowest, with the rest of the Gulf, the Levant and Morocco in between. The model uses the creator's country, not where their audience lives.
- Format: a Reel prices above a static post and a story below it. A TikTok video prices below an Instagram Reel at the same follower count, and a dedicated YouTube video above a feed post. Snapchat prices higher in Saudi Arabia, where it is the leading platform.
- Who makes the content: the rate is highest when the creator writes, shoots and edits their own idea, lower when they shoot the brand's script, and lowest when they only post content the brand supplies. Phone-shot production sits closer to the posting-only rate.
- Niche (optional): some categories price higher, beauty and fashion for example, and travel and lifestyle slightly lower.
- Engagement rate and average views (optional): numbers above what is typical for the follower count raise the estimate and numbers below it lower the estimate, both within set limits. Stats verified on Omnicrea allow a higher ceiling than self-reported ones.
Where the numbers come from
The model was last re-anchored in October 2026 on public MENA evidence: rate tables published by agencies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Morocco, prices creators set on marketplaces, and a published review of 350 influencer contracts signed in Dubai between August 2025 and August 2026.
These sources sit 2 to 10 times apart, with agency rate cards highest and marketplace prices lowest. The model aims at a clearing level between published cards and real contract fees, not at either end.
Bahrain, Oman and Lebanon have almost no published rate data, so their price levels are set from proxies such as the cost of paid social reach. Treat rates for those markets as rougher.
How the rate is set and rounded
The model returns a recommended rate in US dollars: the centre of the market evidence for your inputs. The calculator shows one rate, set a little below that centre, so it is a price brands in MENA accept on a first quote.
The rate is rounded to the nearest $5. No deliverable is priced below $5.
Local currency figures in the calculator are conversions of the US dollar rate.
Limits
- It is a market estimate, not an offer, and not a price any brand has agreed to pay.
- It prices one deliverable posted organically, by a creator with no Omnicrea campaign history. Usage rights, paid ads, exclusivity, rush delivery and seasonal demand such as Ramadan are priced separately when a brand books.
- Accounts with 1,000,000 followers or more are not quoted.
- Creators with the same followers in the same market are paid very differently in practice. The rate is a starting point for a negotiation, not a ceiling.
